For a quckie in the airplane bathroom, a young cute one.
Use the proper tool for the job.

Replace all female flight attendants with some
good-looking' strippers! What the hell? The attendants have gotten old and haggard-looking. They don't even serve food anymore, so what's the loss. The strippers would double, triple, perhaps quadruple the alcohol consumption and get a "party atmosphere"
going in the cabin. And, of course, every heterosexual businessman in this country would start flying again, hoping to see naked women
Muslims would be afraid to get on the planes for fear of seeing naked women Hijackings would come to a screeching halt and the
airline industry would see record revenues
Why the hell didn't Bush think of this?

Of course the young lovely cute one.
I believe if she can graduate from the training school, she is good enough.
Young, lovely, cute, pleasant is what I want in the long
and boring flight rather than just serving foods.
Old and experience one ? What do you expect from them from their experience ? Nothing much to do for a flight attendant except serving foods. Emergency ? How often ?

The primary purpose of the cabin staff is for safety of flight. The other services provided are an adjunct. From that standpoint, I'd much prefer a more seasoned staff in case things get rough.
That said, who ever said that older = ugly?? Not this old fart, that's for sure! I'd much rather have experience, whatever the game. ;) My "teaching" days are over!

If you mean helping in inflight emergencies, incidents and such... all flight attendants get the same training. So rather go for the cute one.

When you buy a pair of shoes do you buy new ones or do you buy old ones? I myself prefer a young cute flight attendent.

If we get into trouble at 30,000 feet I don't need cute, I need experience. Give me an experienced person every time.
