I say layers
maybe a side swept bang (but i really don't know the shape of ur face)
then get a straightener & a curling iron
try a pony tail
ur hair all down straighten or curled
ur hair half down
ur layers fliped out
those r just a few ideas
good luck!!! :-)

Something that will frame your face well is always good. Usually that is by getting layers. Go see a stylist to determine what type of layering is best for your face shape. Depending on your face shape, bangs can really make your face take on shape. They're fun too! If you're not into cutting it, try adding some color. That always gives hair a new look. But the best thing is to talk to a professional. And remember, you get what you pay for. Don't go somewhere really cheap if you're deciding to drastically change. Shop around, ask girls with really nice hair where they get there's done at. If you're just getting layers, nothing too bad can happen.

Hey, if you have a hair stylist or someone you trust ask them. It's hard to say not knowing what you look like or the shape of your face. There are some styles that look good on just about everyone. You can go for shock and chop it all off of you can get some layers. Highlights maybe would look nice. Look through mags and books for ideas. Remember even if you end up not loving it it'll grow back. Don't be afraid of change.

My hair is just like yours except VERY thick. Layers are nice but if you like to straighten your hair which makes it easier to work with get it cut all one length.
Pony tails are good, two braids, half pony tails, and little braids always look good. Also just try different styles from the inspiration you get.

I am a cosmetologist, and it sounds like you definately need it thined out, if its straight tell your stylist they can use thinning shears, if it is curly or wavy ask them to use a feather razor. The razor will cut down on the fuzziness, as long as they dont get to close to the scalp... as for a cut, its hard to say without seeing it or feeling it...just dont always go in with a picture, cuz it is very hard to get your hair to look exactly like the picture and that will cut down on the disappointment when you leave.

Get layers. It will frame your face in a beautiful and unique way. Get a hair straightener to make your hair straight each day so you can see the pretty layers.

Break out the trusty fashion magazines and select styles and colors that you like, then go see your hairdresser. She will go over your options and advise you on what would look best with your facial structure and skin tone.
