I know its easy to say..."whenever the time is right, but I am looking for some sort of a window...II know everyone is different too..

It all just depends on if you both want to. Me and my boyfriend have been together for 3 months, and we both are non-virgins with children, we're grown adults and we've still not made it to that step because we want to make sure it's about the relationship not the sex. So if you're ready it doesn't matter how many dates or how little dates you've been on.
Some people wait 2-3 dates.

Well usually I have emailed them several times and spoke on the phone and exchanged photos with them by the time I go on a first date, so I know what to expect.
I think on the second date there should be some expectation of sex.
