1) most gas stations have a 'drive off' phone number. that is when someone steals gas they can call said # with plate # and track offender. 2) check with a bondsman in your area, for a fee they'll do anything !

Check with an officer.. he/she could possibly run the plate # for you, depending on why you need to know who the # belongs to.

They'll not give you the information out of hand. You'll likely have to get the police involved. If there's a legit reason for your getting the info, they'll look it up for you.
