Mine would be sliced Chuck Roast, seasoned with garlic powder,
salt & cracked pepper, pan-fried in a little bit of butter, medium rare.
Heaven on a plate! (I fix it myself)

My favorite is Strawberry Shortcake and I make it myself. I make the cake from scratch and I like to use fresh berries whenever possible. Poke holes in the layers and put berries in between them so that the juice from the berries drains into them. This makes the cake really moist and delicious. I use cream cheese icing. Some times homemade others store bought. I almost forgot, I put some of the juice from the berries in the batter. Yummy!!!
