I can't really recomend an actual "color" because i don't know what would look best on you but go with a lighter or summer-ish color... stick with the seasons!

i would prefer :
background: kindda hot red
highlights 1 : pink
highlights 2 : blue mix purple

I would go for tipping or highlights- that stuff washes out so quickly. I like the hot pink- exceptionally if you have dark hair.
