I am happiest when my family is doing well and my kids are happy and performing to their highest abilities in school. I am happiest when the bills are all paid up and we can take our weekend vacations everyweekend. I an happiest when I see peolpe unite as friends and love eachother and be apart of this wonderful world we are in. I am happy that you asked this question. :)

Several things make me happy all the time:
Thinking back on all my acomplishments.
Knowing I made it through the day alive (especially those hectic days) lol
Talking to good friends that encourage me and treat me with respect.
Family
As well as many other factors.
I guess I'm happiest most when I'm content and relaxing.
If you want to be happy just look around for things that you're grateful for. Plus it's often good just to sit down in a chair and think about positive things (just as long as they aren't negative) it can be very relaxing and provides some good insight on what your life is like. Try it.

I am normally a happy person. If you surround yourself with happy people, and weed out the negative ones, you will be happy.

I usually am happy. There are very few things that can make me mad. And, I'm just too lazy to get mad at other people. I've got better things to do than waste time getting mad at others.

well yes i happy most of the time but there are always those days when there a cloud hanging over me but i try to make the best of it.

Yes I am. I have a great fiance, a family that loves me, and good friends. I feel very fortunate--as some people I know have none of the above.
