For mixed drinks, most bartenders know how to make a Shirley Temple or a Roy Rogers. Also, you can ask for any kind of drink without alcohol. A strawberry daqueri tastes yummy without the booze. Same for any bleded ice fruity drink.
Don't be afraid or ashamed to ask for any of these. There are lots of reasons people in a bar scene may not want to drink alcohol. The bar owners don't mind because they will still charge you plenty for the drink. Example, $3.00 for a glass of coke that is mostly ice.

You can get a lot of soft drinks in most clubs. All of them should sell some from of bottled water. Usually they have coke/pepsi and lemonade. Sometimes other fizzy drinks. Also, most places have orange juice and some have other flavours of juice. There are also a lot of different cocktails which can be made without alcohol.

You can order a virgin version of any alcoholic drink. All that means is that they don't put the alcohol in it. I like club soda with a splash of lime. It's refreshing and has no calories.

From my experience most pubs stock coke, fruit juices, squashes, lemonade & water...thats usually the minimum they serve in the line of non-alcoholic drinks.

No, but if it looks like a real beer you could get stopped until you can prove it is non-alcoholic. So dont pour real beer into a fake beer bottle and think that will fool anyone.
