one of my faves is an open-face turkey sandwich....butter one side of a piece of sourdough bread, on the other side put some sliced turkey, a little chopped red onion, russian dressing, then top with 2 tomato slices, top each tomato with a slice of pepper jack cheese....grill in a frying pan covered with a lid just until the cheese melts a bit....fantastic!

One of my all-time favorites is made with finely sliced smoked or cracked pepper turkey breast, finely sliced alpine lace swiss and a touch of a combination of honey dijon mustard and barbeque sauce on some crusty, fresh french bread. It might even be a good idea to microwave the fully-constructed sandwich for about 15-20 seconds on the highest power setting. Bon Appetit!

Tuna salad sandwich. It's pretty easy to make. Just mix tuna with mayo, chopped up celery, some salt and pepper, and crushed crackers (or you can experiement a little to make it fit to your taste.). Put that on bread with cheese, lettus and whatever you'd like.

Montreal Smoked Meat from Schwartz Deli... nothin' extra clever. ... yet while going to the food market, i could get thinly-shaved roasted turkey from a incredible company... like Boar's Head.

Chicken salad on a Pita pocket. Pitas (they are like bread) are so good. I put chicken, mayo or miracle whip, lettuce, and tomato in it. Try it sometime!
