say instead:
"I couldn't help but notice how beautiful your eyes are"
"hi, I'm _______ "
and then she will say hers if she is interested
then start the convo from there or just get the number.

Really bad, I'd say lean away from pick up lines and just be straightforward. "You are really beautiful" or something that will make her feel good and will warm her up to the fact that you are an awesome guy.

Honestly, if a guy came up to me with this line. I would laugh. I'm not really into the lines. I just like for a guy to be his self when he approaches me. Lines are so immature. If it works for you, then hey don't let my opinion stop you.
