Each school is likely to have a different process for this. Maybe you should ask them?

in your middle school, you should have been made to do something called "community service." That is just another term for what you are doing by "volunteering." To keep a record of how many hours u are volunteering, type up, print out a form that has the words: time start, time end, day of week, day, name, place volunteering, with a line long enough for someone to write down the numbers and the neccesarry fillings for the blank lines. Ask them to fill it out for you before you start. And get it back after your done. They'll also need to a place to sign to verify your community service form is real.
