like ketchup, taco bell sauce, parmesan cheese, cruched red pepper packets? we have extras of them stored, how long are they still good for later use?

I think the mayo is the only thing you have to worry about keeping to long. All the rest should be good for at least 6 mo. to a year.
--they keep them for a lot longer than 5 days!

I wouldn't keep them longer than a year.....taco bell sauce is my favorite "secret ingredient" in a lot of recipies

Bread items-a month.
Everything else-forever.

before you consume it, check the color. If it's darker than it should be, throw it away.
