did you check for the dial tone. Did you dial the number 1 and then the area code. hmmmm. is the phone plugged into the socket. did you pay your bill.

She may have written the number down wrong accidently... or maybe she did it accidently on purpose.
Look up her number on the internet (http://www.anywho.com/wp.html) and see if you can find her. Then ask her what happened.

Um I do belive you been tricked. Go up to her and play it off like u "need her number agian" "U lost it" and see f the # she gives u is differant, if so you knowshes a dog..

she gave you the wrong number or mabye it is long distance, and u don't have a long distance provider, or mabye, you don't know how to dial a telephone number.
