You probably do not eat well and that is why your at the gym in the first place. For breakfast eat peanut butter toast on whole wheat bread, a glass of skim milk and a fruit(any fruit), than for lunch eat a tuna sandwich on whole grain wheat, yogart and a vegi and a tall glass of water, and for dinner eat a balanced meal like a small boneless skinless chicken breast with any vegi and a small portion of potatoes. Throughout the entire day, don't forget to drink plenty of water to hydrate yourself. While you at the gym, pase yourself and keep plenty of water with you. Good luck

Make sure that you are eating a good breakfast, lunch and supper. Do not deprive your body of the needed nutrition. Also go a little slower maybe and build up. When you start feeling bad just stop and take a break.

As a former P/T instructor in the army I would advise you to stop that particular exercise until you are examined by a doctor. It sounds like you are having blood circulation problems. Go see a doctor and that's an order soldier.

pace yourself. also, are you eating and drinking too close to workout time?? you shouldn't be eating within an hour of your workout. if running, eating two hours before works well.
re the water, drinking tons throughout the day is fine, but stop drinking water 30 mins betfore you start working out.
if problems are still happening, visit your doctor.

I used to get that. Try eating a banana right before you work out. Your blood sugar may be dropping while you're working out. Just a thought..hope this helps.

Sounds like your blood sugar is low.
You might need to eat more and digest before working out.
Nothing beats consulting your doctor though.

You may have a serious medical problem that has not been detected. Call your doctor and tell him this and make an appointment.
