it will get worst at first. you should go back to the salon and have it relaxed. meanwhile, use a very moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. when you finish washing your hair, wrap it in a towel for a few minutes to get out excess water. then apply a leave in conditioner and straighten with a blow dryer and a straightening iron. Use a frizz control hairspray. this is really the only way to mange it.

If you got a professional perm go back to where you got it & talk to them about ways to remove it or how to make it not frizzy & dry. If you did a at home kind of perm try adding a conditioner made just for perms like Dove extra moisture. Also I believe you can wash perms out within the first few days of receiving it. Shapmoo & conditioner wise just make sure it says for dry/damaged or colored/permed hair. Even though I don't have a perm I still use these types since I have horrible samaged split ends & slowly it's getting better.

Try using Tigi Bed Head shampoo and conditioner. Their products smell good and they condition the hair real well. Straightening and getting the hair curled really damages the hair because of the chemicals used so just don't do it often. And another tip would be not to shampoo everyday, try using the conditioner more often.

if u straighten it the perm wont get worst only your hair. the heat from the straightener will make the ends of your hair pop and u then will have split ends. so you shuld try roller setting your hair then wrapping it. remember to us a silky headscarf because cotton ruins the hair. good luck.

Use the fruitius line for sleek and shine hair.... Trust me, it works!
It takes about 2 times for it to work. Use both conditioner and shampoo.

What ever you do DON'T dry your hair with a hair dryer, it drys it out WAY more than you think! Just let it air dry. . .

All you have to do, is wash it, and comb it through with a brush
while you dry it. That should help. Good luck!

lol wat kind of perm? well if its curly, then this is wat you do to take care of curly hair:
-NEVER use a brush to un-knot knots. always use your fingers to comb through ti
-use tresemme de-frizzer for curly hair
-when you wash it, dont just leave it down to dry, and dont blow dry it either. air dry it in a bun or braids
-use conditioner often, i suggest herbal essense for dry/damaged hair
-put some mousse through your hair in the morning to decrease the frizz
-when it's humid, put it in a ponytail to avoid major frizz

Go to a salon... and then ask... why do people ask questions on here that they need to be asking professionals?
