Two steps; encode, and transfer.

Encoding is required because the PSP only plays proprietary video formats. however... PSPvideo9 is an awesome piece of software - it'll transcode and copy across all your files via the USB cable with minimal setup. Just follow the help file included and it couldn't be easier, although sometimes it takes a while to transcode files...

you need to buy a upgrade disk so you can get the program. After you get the problem it sometimes gives you instructions or you could go to the help button.
