I'm pretty sure he likes me, based on the way he acts when he's around me
Is there a reason why some guys won't make a move?

They are shy or insecure and are scared of getting turned down.

He is probably shy. My best friend of 3 years did the exact same thing. He fell for me and I did for him and neither of us made a move. We went to the movies one night and I leaned over and kissed him for the first time. I told him I was sorry and that I couldnt help it and that I had wanted to do that for a long time. He said he had been wanting to as well. I asked him why he never did and he said he was too shy. I was shy too thats why it took me so long myself. I am still with him.

Shy maybe. Fear of rejection. Maybe they don't know what to do. Don't go over board but give them just a little encouragement to feel a bit more conferable. Maybe that will be enough of a nudge to get them to make the first move...

ok...first let's get this straight. im actually a guy but my sister keeps changing my avatar into a girl.anyway,he won't make a move because he is afraid of rejection. take it slow and be honest. Ask him if he likes you. if he says no , no big deal.

He's probably afraid to make a move. He might just feel nervous around you. You should talk to him yourself or just give it time. It will all work out.

Guys are afraid of rejection too. If you like him, why don't YOU make the first move. Alot of guys appreciate that!!!!!!!!

They are intimidating jsut flirt away adn maybe he may get the picture fo that you like him- but dont do anything else- dont ask him out bc i tried that and he wouldnt talk to me after that, that is jsut scaring him away

some guys are too shy like me, but not anymore. you have to sometimes make the first move guys don't always do that.

cuz they are afraid of rejection and showing their feelings..he probably wants to but maybe feels u'll say no or hes not good enough or soemthing like that....just take charge lol its the only way! good luck
