The current owner should call the cops and have the interloper arrested. If the former owner came back, the current owner should get an order of protection forcing the former owner to not come within 500 feet fo the house or face being arrested again.

I don't give a damn who USED TO own my house, once I put my name on the mortgage, it's mine.

Well, mine and the bank's, but certainly not the guy's who used to live there.

If the previous owners descendents had the rightful claim to the house, then he should move out and give them the home.

Your analogy using Israel as a house would be more correct to say: A man was given a house to live in by his master. He lived there for many years when one day a distant relative came, knocked down the door and killed everyone except the man and one son. These relatives took over the house, knocking down the family's pictures on the mantel and putting up their own.

The man was forced to live in the basement with his son while the relatives occupied his house. What should he do? What do you think the Master will do when He comes home?

He should call the cops and throw out the troll in the basement. He has no right to the home. But I sense a larger question here or this wouldn't be in the religion and spirituality section.

Guessing from your previous questions you are actually trying to put up some (rather stupid) hypothetical situation and prove a point (hopefully only to yourself).
Get off it! It is easy to arrange reality in a hypothetical question so the answers are exactely what you want to hear.

Get a lawyer.

I hope that, when the man bought the house, he was smart enough to get a title.

How was he forced to share, court order?

He should contact a lawyer.

Why is the question in Religion/Spirituality?

Kick them out. They have NO legal right to live there.
