HOW DOES HE DO WHAT? FIND A NEW LOVER?GO ON LIVING?LEARN TO TRUST?RAISE KIDS ALONE? WHAT?YOU ARENT GOING TO GET TOO FAR IN LIFE UNTIL YOU LEARN TO LOVE YOURSELF! YOU SHOULD THINK YOU R GOOD LOOKING OR AT LEAST AVERAGE OR SOMETHING. IF YOUR QUESTION RELATES TO FEMALES DONT EVEN BOTHER BC YOUR SELF-ESTEEM WILL KEEP YOU BACK FROM A GOOD DESCENT WOMAN THAT IS WILLING TO HELP WITH YOUR KIDS ETC. YOU HAVE TO WORK ON THAT AND FOCUS ON YOUR GOOD QUALITIES

You one day it at a time. You are going to have to reach way down deep inside yourself and find the strength you need to carry on. You have to first take care of you. The beginning is a killer. So starting right now, you have to gain control of your mind. Don't persecute yourself, thinking things that are going to drive you crazy. Next, remember bad things happen to good people. I am sure you didn't sabotage your marriage. The wife has gone, but you and the kids, are going to be OK, eventually. Come to terms with this as soon as possible. I do believe though, nothing is actually ever over until we die. But in cases like this, we have to take care of us mentally, so we can get by physically. Staying busy shouldn't be a problem with having children around. Find someone to help you get organized into a daily routine. This is a main factor. The children need stucture. You will probably need help with your children when you are at work, unless one of them is responsible enough to take care of the others. Don't hesitate to ask for help. There are a lot of great people in this big ole world. As some time goes by your self esteem will get better. Don't let the fall off the horse spook you from ever riding again. Its hard not to take things personnel when they happen to us. The moral of this story is, "sometimes our mates don't realize how good they have it, till we are gone."

move on, find someone who makes you happy and loves your kids. Looks aren't everything, and everyone is attractive to someone. Some women care more about what's on the inside you just need to find soeone who loves you and would want only you. You are lucky to have the kids most men don't get them usually the woman takes the kids.
also, get her for child support cause she must not care for the kids to just leave them, I could never leave mine, it'd break my heart
