This jokes is 2 things:
1) a pun, a play on words, as "****" is a term used by certain parts of the UK as mate/pal is and of course "****" is a sexual slang term for a man's pink flute
2) A statement, as the joke works on the principle that where would a man with no hands keep his watch...where else...but his pink flute
Andn yes, it is funny...spoken to the right audience
