I've always loved eating it that way with salt .. we used to grow some out of the garden but they never had much flavor ... Anyone grow any ?

I love raw rhubarb my grandmother grows it and I will sneak some from her garden it is so sour but still sweet. YUM!!!!

Practically grows wild here in Idaho. I love it in strawberry/rhubarb pie. Almost as good as you know what but not quite.
