If you want to do this it is for life so you need to totally change your way of eating and exercising. This is not a diet rather than a healthy eating plan for life. So no more talking diet cause it means time limit. Stop making some major mistakes wake up earlier and get active earlier your metabolism is sluggish and needs to be woken up this is half your problem.

Here are the golden rules:
Initially cut down to 1200 calories.
Exercise 6 times per week for 1 hours a day. Do three weight sessions and three cardio sessions. No gym involved.
Don't eat carbs after 4pm, never eat carbs within 2 hours of exercise or within 1 hour of exercise.
Drink 3 litres of water per day. You can have a green tea at the end of the day.
Limit your fruit in take to 2 pieces per day.
Never eat dinner after 6pm.
Adopt of low GI eating plan this is sustainable for life!
Make low fat dairy choices

Follow this menu plan as a suggestion:
Breakfast 7am - 1 cup hot water w lemon
20 minutes later have a bowel of oats w water (no honey) OR
fruit salad w low GI soy yogurt
Snack 10am - pear or apple (both low GI)
Lunch 12.30pm - multigrain sandwich w 50g tuna & salad (no butter)
Snack 3pm - low GI yogurt OR skim berry smoothie (no honey or banana) plenty of ice, 1/2 cup skim milk & 1/4 cup yogurt
Dinner 5.30pm - 120g grilled lean meat/fish/prawns/tofu patties (not fried) w spinach salad & mixed vegies (no whites, carbs) OR 3 egg white/soy omlette with ham, cheese and tomato
Snack - 1 scoop of low cal low fat ice cream (if hungry)

Exercise is must be intense. Refer to www.bodybuilding.com for your weights routine. Never do weights two consecutive days have a cardio day in between.

Cardio needs to include running, go hard up stair wells and cycling. You get the most benefits from exercise when your body is totally fatigued and this is when you see changes.

To maintain you can increase calories to 1500 and reduce exercise sessions to 3-4 times per week. If weight creeps up again due to holiday period etc.. go back to 1200 cal and 6 sessions again.

Good luck it worked for me it can work for anyone.

At your height and weight, you are heavier than average for your height and age, but still at a healthy weight. If you’re not exercising regularly, then your body may not have much muscle, and any extra weight is showing up as a little tummy fat.

In that case, there are two ways to give yourself a healthier body. 1) Work up to exercising 4-5 times a week, for 30 minutes. Walking, biking, swimming are all great, and cheap! If you aren’t active to start out, then that will start building some muscle, which helps burn calories 24 hours a day.

2) Keep a food diary. When you start, don't worry about counting fat or calories, just notice how much and what you are eating. Start learning what foods are good and bad.

Just seeing it written down can be a surprise - you don't always notice how much you really eat when you eat it, but you sure notice when your stomach sticks out over your jeans. Watching what you eat helps you stay focused and eat healthier. If you are gaining weight or not seeing results after a month, start adding up every calorie, to find the best way for you to cut back your eating.

Remember - girls aren't really designed to have a six-pack. You need to really eat and work out like a trained athlete for a long time to build muscle. But in the meantime, your jeans will fit a little better, you can show off a more fit tummy in a short shirt, and you will have more energy, too!

First you must cut out almost all sweets and fatty foods. Then eat a balanced diet broken up into 4 to 5 small meals per day, spread out. Next you should get do 20 minutes of aerobicexercise daily slowly building this up to 45 minutes of areobic exercise per day. Next you should be doing daily abdominal exercises such as situps, kneeins and crunches to hit you abs from 3 different angles. If you are able to join a gym for the summer then any muscle mass that you are able to gain will burn significant calories. And in the gym you will be doing light weights with high reps to tone you muscles. And watch out by the end of summer!!!! You will look great!!!!!

Music is the answer. Join the marching band and sing. A lot of people don't realize it but when you breathe properly to sing or play an instrument, it's the same effect as doing sit ups. Also, being in marching band gets you active. My freshman year in college, I lost a net 25 lbs. from August 14 until I went home on Halloween. The season was coming to an end so I believe I had gain a couple of pounds back but the only workout I had was marching band. Sweat pants and ankle weights help out when you're marching and dancing. Stay hydrated and consult your doctor because I'm going solely on my own experience and others I've known.

six weeks! I dont believe it can be done in six but i will try to help. I am 16 and a fullback/linebacker on varsity football, and i have done all sorts of things including guinea pigging for new workouts and machines. Heres how you do it.

1.eat smart. dont cut back on what you eat but make better choices. lots of fruit and vegetables. dont cut carbs out, but maybe try to reduce them a little bit.

2.Drink LOTS of water.

3.work. sittups, crunches and ab wheel all work great. Also, hit the gym. alot. lifting weights is the best way to tone. Have someone there show you what lifts to do and help you come up with a workout plan. if your workout isn't planned, your time is being wasted.

4.RUN!

that's what i have found works. if you want to be well toned you are going to have to work hard. remember there is no easy road to any place worth going. email me if you need more help. i can also point you towards some good books.

Debrock16 pretty much gave you the dietary tools you need. Crunches, sit-ups, and leg raises will be good enough exercises along with cardio. Cardio is probably the most important form of exercise, you have a six pack right now but it is covered up by a little baby fat. Don't put a time frame on it, just take it one day at a time. GOOD LUCK

Lots of cardio. Try running. You need to drop a few pounds for your abs to show. Then do lots of crunches. For the lower abs lay on your back and put your feet together then lift your legs with your feet together, and slowly lower them if this seems easy ad ankle weights. you should use the highest weight you can do to gain bulk (big abs)

Run run run, prepare for a marathon. Start off at 1/2 mile then work your way up to 6 miles daily and your stomach will shrink. It will be hard. Also add in a little jump rope.

Sit ups are excellent. What I do is sign on to yahoo music or AOL and select my favorite song. It steams other songs automatically after your first choice. I don't count, I do sit ups for two songs non stop, then do another exercise for another, then go back to sit up for two more songs. (counting lets me focus too much on the actual exercise, watching the videos and exercising makes the time seem to go by faster. Turn your screen saver off before starting.

Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !
