of course it will! alll hair naturally grows back. but the hair may look uneven compared to the other unpulled hair.

It should. I once got my hair tangled in a hairbrush and had to get 4 inches of one spot cut off.
I cried for a day and way very sad, but it grew back, better than ever.
Don't worry about it, it should grow back.

yes!hair will grow back in the spot!it happened to me when i was a child and mine grew back!

as long as her scalp wasnt pulled out with it. she may just have a funky hair-do for awhile
