I have always wondered how "lucky Bamboo" is made; how are they produced in that curly habit? Does anyone know, and could they tell me or would that be "Unlucky"!!!

People push on it every day so it will grow in a certain direction so it will look cool, so you can give them money

The Lucky Bamboo is not a germinacea (bamboo plant). It is a dracenae, (ribbon plant) it love water. When the stem is very young you can shape it in different forms depending how you want them to look. Usually they seal the top of some kind of arrangement so it does stop growing in some way.

lucky bamboo is not bamboo at all...it is the ribbon plant...which is an upright shrub.Growing at an angle, around a support gives it the shape, as it is tender when young
