can u please tell me the best way to excercise to cut off my belly fat as soon as possible

My name is Allie and I am a personal trainer. Some tips for weight loss in the mid section are:

Cut down on Beer. Beer is full of yeast, which is hard for your body to break down.

Cardio, Cardio, Cardio. You have to do come cardio for 20 minutes before you start to burn fat, before then you are burning sugar.

Cabbage. This cleanses your body of waste matter because it contains sulphur and iodine, which helps to cleanse the mucous membrane of the stomach and intestines. Cabbage is a great food if you should have a pot belly or a middle age spread. The diuretic cabbage will help to break up the fat in this area.

At my gym, I partake in pilates and abs classes to help strengthen my core and flatten my tummy.

Sit and stand straight. Doing this automatically makes your abs work.

Trade in your chair for a body ball at work. Sitting on the ball makes your abs contract and hold you in position. It is akward at first, but if you are serious about losing the belly, this will work.

Crunches are simply not enough. You will have great abs underneath, but you need to still work off the flab on top of it.

Do exercises that make you hold your own body weight. Do something high energy like kick boxing, cardio step, dancing, karate, soccer etc..

DRINK LOTS OF WATER.

Water flushes out your system and makes it easier for your body to get rid of fat. Check out this website it is great!

Go on a low carb diet 50 grams a day. you can eat as much as you want as long as you don't exceed 50 grams a day this means all the meat fish poultry celery carrots. you much drink at least 6 eight oz glasses of water a day to flush out the fat. Sit ups with a 25 pound plate behind your neck will tone also swimming do the dog paddle this will tone the abdomen. you will lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks like this. Also body or belly boarding (surfing will tone you to the max with a lot of fun doing it also water skiing (probably the best all around exercise of all)

Change you diet to a healthy one
NO MORE SODA
Limit all other caffine
Cut out salt as much as possible
Drink lots and lots and lots of water
30 Min of cardio per day
Pilates and Yoga
Good, natural vitamins
It will work if you stick with it.

Don't eat that much junk food with fat in it. Just cut down a bit. If you already eat good food, I recommend more cardio. Like instead of walking, ride a bike. It'll burn calories and will work your whole body.

Start jogging at least once per week to stat, cut out fatty foods, do crunches, sit-ups, push-ups and drink plenty of water. My boyfriend lost 10 lbs so far and gained a bunch of muscle... looks real good... good luck. His belly is amost flat and he had a gut.
