I find it very distracting. I work in an office alone all day and I'm trying to get some work done. How can I change my thoughts so I can focus on my work?

I can completely understand. I don't work in an office, but my mind travels to intimate moments too... The question you need to ask yourself is Why? Is it because you're just daydreaming? could be you don't find your job challenging enough. Is it something missing in your personal life? Perhaps you need to take care of "business" before going to work. I know that always helps me.

Don't feel bad it happens to me all the time. Just focus on work or think of things that gross you out so much that it makes your urges go away.

Find some one and get it out of your system. Or you can try taking a lot of saltpeater!
