Most, not all, but most atheists don't believe in God because they can't see him. Does this mean that atheists don't believe in air?
Just wondering is all.

Ok all that say air can be felt. Christians say they can feel God, so they are wrong?

Well said, remember though, that Jesus Christ walked on this earth and still most didn't believe him even when he did miracle work and healed the sick also
There Eyes are blind from the truth and probably will remain lost forever, they are God lost sheep....Only he can open their eyes but they got to want them open and most of them don't want to know the true Jesus..

First of all, air is not a single compound, but is a mixture of several different materials. It can be cooled to the place that the different components liquify. The density can be measured and it can enter into chemical reactions. It can be removed from a container and those reactions stop. We can measure its speed, its density, its temperature. We can see bubbles of it going through water or other materials. We can model its flow using differntial equations. We can hear the sound waves that pass through it and model those. We can create a pressurized vessel and measure density versus pressure versus temperature. Etc, etc, etc.
The point is that seeing isn't the only way to measure something. But a vague feeling simply isn't enough to demonstrate something exists. You have to have a variety of different modalities showing consistent results. There are no such for a God.
I don't believe in a God for a variety of reasons, from philosophical
to scientific. When the believers can't even agree about some basic properties of their supposed God and there is no way to test between these different possibilities, why should I believe them? Can you tell me God's density? His mass? Can you make a model that will predict his effects? Can you detect him other than through personal 'feelings'? It doesn't have to be visual; *any* detection that is not subjective would do.

Please don't lie. Christians do their religion a disservice when they lie about non-believers. In fact it only promotes the widely held belief that christians are dishonest hippocrites. The reason most atheists lack god belief has nothing to do with the fact he is supposedly invisible. It is because there is no credible evidence to support a god.
An entirely different thing.

I can feel the wind blowing between my fingers and I can breath the air. And I can see the wind blowing though the trees.
Basically this is a very bad analogy because although I can't see the air I can sense it with my other natural senses. You can't say this for god or ghosts or anything supernatual.

You can physically prove air exists - just blow up a balloon.
Saying that most atheists don't believe in God because we can't see him is simplifying things somewhat.

Science can break down air and explain what it is made of and why and how it exists. What is God made of, how does he exist? I am not one of the Atheists who doesn't believe in God because I cannot see him. I think the idea of God is illogical.

As most people said, the answer is No. We don't believe in God because there is no Evidence for God. There is evidence for air.

God exists and we discover Him through science. Science is based on cause and effect, thus it must go to a beginning. If you believe there is no beginning and matter always existed, then you believe in the eternity of matter, and matter can not be infinite if it is not perfect. So an Originator must have brought about a change for matter to have this phenomenon of cause/effect and its very existence.

this is a really dumb question. There really is no point in trying to explain this to you...
plus...air can easily be felt and scientifically analyzed. When's the last time you heard a scientist doing some tests on the physical properties of god?

No, they don't believe in Love because you can't prove it exists. At least with air, we know it exists because we breathe it. But they can't prove the existence of love. What a sad life for atheists.
