I like Jason Kenneth the best. For girls I liked Samantha, Madison. Kolby reminds me of Kolby Briant...and that's just a bad association. Brendan and Dilan make me think of the 90210 T.V. series. I really don't like Jennalynn.
However, in my opinion I think you should pick your baby's name based on what name you really like! Not what you think other people may like. It's your baby!!!
Congratulations!

I have always thought the name Rohanna or Enola were beautiful for girls. You could alter them slightly for a boy: Rohan and Nolan. Below are some websites with popular baby names the world over!

From your list, however, I like the name Emalyn best. The others sound all too common to me, but if that is what you like, then it's obviously your choice! I think people might have difficulty pronouncing Paitan... I have a cousin (boy) named Payton... is it the same pronounciation?

I like:
Paitan(girl) Paitan Ann
Kane Kane Dillon
Devin(girl)
Samantha (Sami <---that spelling is less common) Samantha Jo
Madison Madison Rebecca
Shaylynn

My favs....Madison Rebecca
Kolby Allen or Kane Dillon

I've heard an old wives tale that whatever names you come up with the most of...girls vs. boys...is what you will have. Or if you only come up with a boys name that is what you will have and the same with girls.......

I like the name Jenna or Karina. I do not like any of the boys names on your list. Brandon, would be better than Brendan.

Anyway names are really matter when you're naming your kids ,it's tells on a child.
Immagine somebody names his kid cain, and if you look at cain issue in bible ,you will discovered that cain was been curse because of what he did against his brother Abel.
God curse Cain that he will be fugitive and wondering through out his life even whoever kill Cain the curse will still be on top of that person, imagine ,you now name your kid Cain, the names has something to do in life of person.
I will rather advice you to give your kid good names that has good meaning, not anyhow name.
