Vitamin E is good for hair and nails, but not sure if it is fast-acting.

OK here I go.
It is not getting pregnant that makes your hair grow,It is the prenatal vitamins.You can take these even if you are not pregnant and they really do work on nails and hair.The hair grows faster at the root and over time stronger at the ends as well reducing breakage.Tight pony tails do not work and can cause scalp stimulation leading to excess oil production or dry scalp.The 2 are not related.Oily hair is a differeent gland than oily skin.Keep your ends trimed and condition.It does not have the be over the top either.Daily conditioning should be light.Only deep condition on the ends.

Pull your hair back in a tight pony tail and wear it that way a week. It'll a grow about an inch. If you do it longer, it will grow longer.

Conditioner, conditioner, conditioner. Especially in the summer time use a leave in between shampoos. Also, remember to keep the conditioner to the tips not the roots as that will clog your hair folicle and cause build up.

Crush some birthcontrol pills and put them in your shampoo,
also brush your hair as many times as you can during the day.

I wish I knew. I just cut all my hair off a while ago and I am finding I think it was a mistake.

i think if you trimed it just a small bit then you hair woul grow more and probably a little faster. it worked for my dad and me
