i would try rubbing your tummy, or have someone else rub it. it works really well, and feels good. after that, i would try going to the bathroom, and take some more tums. i do that when i have an upset stomach, i am going to do it now cause i m feeling unwell too., so i hope u r feeing better.

Don't eat anything heavy. If you feel nauseated, try to take a little nap - sleep empties the stomach, which can quell nausea. If not, try a little flat coca-cola or ginger ale or sprite. If you feel you must eat something, try something bland and carb-y - like crackers or toast or plain noodles. Ginger tea or ginger candies can ease nausea as well.

Three things:

1. A carbonated drink.
2. Something to coat the tummy..such as milk, yogurt or Pepto-Bismol.
3. Chiro. work on the neck.

Try flat 7-up, ginger ale or some other clear soda (not Pepsi or Coke). When I say flat, I mean open it up and let it sit for at least 30 minutes minimum before drinking.

I take acidopholus. It creates a stabalized of good bacteria in your stomach, and it destroys the bad bacteria causing your stomach to be upset. It is all I use for myself, spouse and kiddos. Works wonders for diarreah too!

My grandma always gave me a StarLite mint when my stomach was upset and it worked everytime. If you don't have a StarLite mint, any peppermint should work.

Take 2 more. Even if they don't help, you can still use the added calcium.
