The last time Scotland played England was in 1999, Scotland won 1-0. If memory serves me correctly it was the last game played at the old Wembley stadium.

the answer Me gave was correct.
But the first leg was played 13/11/99 at Hampden Park in Scotland and England won it 2-0 so although Scotland won the second leg 1-0, it was 2-1 on aggregate to England.
So England went to Euro 2000 and Scotland didn't.

If you are talking about football it was 1-0 to Scotland. The game was played at Wembley on 17th November 1999 and Don Hutchison scored the only goal after 39 minutes.
It was a Euro 2000 play off game.

It was a play off game for Euro 2000. England won the first leg at Hampden 2-0 with two Paul Schole goals. We then went down to Wembly and beat them 1-0 with a goal from Don Hutchison, but lost 2-1 on aggregate.
