Yes, You can talk to God thru your prayers, and he answers thru his word, reading the bible, God speaks back to us. there is nothing that you can think of that the answer is not in the bible. He Created everything and he Knew that there would come a time when we will have questions, so he had the answers available in the Bible for us to look it up. God also speaks to us through our dreams, or little children that don't even know what they are saying but it will make sense to you.

God speaks to you in many ways, you just have to listen. I have received what I consider miracles.
1st time - when I was about 7 years old, having an argument with neighbor kid on if God exists, Boldly I said that if there was a God it would rain in 5 minutes, and it did. Keep in mind, I was 7, really hadn't studied predicting the weather by sky signs. Besides, it was sunny, even my sister remembers.
2nd time - My father had a severe stroke and Dr.s were quite sure he was not going to make it. My family joined hands and my 9 year old prayed, an hour and half later my father around.
3rd time - I was praying for healing, watching 700 club, of my neck, that has 3 slipped discs and a lot of pain. Not only did I feel the warmth in my body, the pain went away, then they said it on the TV, that someone just received the healing for their neck pain. Cool, huh?
I have several others, answered prayers as well.

I talk to God through silent prayer. I believe God answers with signs rather than actually hearing a spoken sentence for the answers to my questions or acknowledgment of things I do that are right or wrong. Have you ever heard Bill Cosby doing his Noah and God conversation? It's really great!
As far as miracles go, God has given me the most wonderful gift of all in giving me my two wonderful children. I believe they are miracles in my life to treasure and thank God for every minute of the day.

Yes. I talk to God every single day. That is what prayer is, talking to God.
Yes. God speaks to me, too. Usually, He speaks directly to my heart.
This is what prayer is all about. Prayer is a conversation with God. Like any other conversation, you have to be quiet and listen if you really want to hear what the other party has to say.
Yes. God has done a great many miracles in my life. He's doing miracles every day. Some of them are "big" miracles, like the time He brought me back from death. Some of them are "middle sized" miracles, like the time He lead me to my little boy who was lost in an airport. Some of them are "little miracles", like the time I found my engagement ring shining in a little puddle by the back door. I believe He is doing these sorts of things in everyone's life, only most folks probably don't notice, or give Him the glory for them.

i have prayed and listened to him speak, i have had a vision and pleaded with Him because i didn't exactly know was i supposed to carry out what i saw in the vision. i have prayed and had an immediate answer...i talk to Him everyday, i don't get a answer that i can necessarily hear everyday....i have also had miracles happen in my life, you may have seen my question had anyone had miracle occur by God before in their lives...i had a swollen throat healed, I've received immediate peace that in no way in that moment was i able to have myself, i have witnessed my son who could not walk, talk, or move, get up and learn to do all these things over again..and i know for a fact when it's God, sometimes I'm confused because i doubt sometimes if it could really be, but there are times when my faith is at it's strongest that i know who he is in me.....

I had an experience with God. I was in bed on night talking to God like he was right there with me, well actually he was. But in a simple small voice, like a whisper he spoke to me and said "choose right now who you will serve, you cant serve 2." right then i knew God was a jealous God he didnt want me serving no one but him. to this day i am still serving him. There has been big miricles he has done for me to, healing my depression. In the middle of service God spoke and said walk. so i did a victory walk around the church and in the process God was healing me.

I have talked to God. When many people think of talking to God they think of God appearing to them or some big show of angels or a great event of heaven opening up; sometimes it is like that and sometimes it is not and sometimes God does not speak to you directly but speaks to you through someone else. Sometimes when you talk to God you can hear Him: for me it is a voice that humbles me in my head and He speaks to me through His Word. I know with all my heart that it was God. God has performed many miracles in my life: first of all I am here and sometimes God blesses me beyond comparison and gives me anything I could want or dream of (but sometimes blessing someone is not always giving them what they want so God does not always give me what I want). God makes miracles that seem great to us and some that seem normal but they are all great, modifying their Creator. I compose piano songs and every once and a while I will ask God for another great piano song and He always gives me one, it is just a matter of when (it all relies on God's perfect timing). Whenever I think I can compose piano by myself I start to lose the gift and I become stuck on a chord. A while back I prayed for many things and God gave all of them to me, example: I asked for a fish and out of sixty other people I received it and I asked for many other things and many other things I received. I can also recognize it was God that I talked to because I can recognize demons tempting me and talking to me in a disguise (thoughts that do not belong to me and bad images), example: every once and a while a thought and a temptation will attack me for no reason to murder, hurt, or rebel against an authority. Sometimes a temptation is so strong by me refusing it, it makes me dizzy.

The Bible shows what happens if God talks to someone. Is God talking to people today? I cannot say, I can say it would be a dramatic life changing event.

Yes, I try to talk to God everyday. Sometimes He answers my prayers and sometimes He doesn't. I thank Him for my unanswered ones because if he had answered them, my life would probably be more screwed up than it is already.
You just have to trust that God knows what Hes doing.
