First of all, you should go to your doctor and make sure that you can pursue a healthy diet. Ask him for an examination and then what diet plan would he suggest. I would proceed with whatever he tells you to do. Losing weight too fast is not healthy. Sometimes you need support from a group, I personally tried Weight Watchers and found it to be very useful and helpful to me. The first week that I started my diet, I lost about 8 lbs. The reason for this, I am told, is that I lost excess fluids from my body. Then I was told that the weight would normally come off at about 1 - 2 lbs. per week. I was even told that some weeks, even though weight loss has been achieved, it would not appear on my scale. I was told that this is the status that the body has set. However, I was told that in future weeks, the weight loss would be evident on my scale. What's great about all of this? They actually told me the truth. you are going to think i'm NUTS, but this really works... just make sure to not stop ANY 'quick weight loss program' and expect to keep the weight off still.
I SWEAR by Hot Yoga and water!!!
it is proven that the more water you drink, the more weight you will lose. It has to do with the fact that your liver (the organ that converts fat to energy) is not having to pick up the slack of your kidneys because you are helping your kidneys filter by giving them more 'purity' in your blood.
The hot yoga (Birkam) is a 90 minute workout that when done twice a week, will make up for the 30 minutes of exercise a day that is recommended.
And of course, you have to eat healthy too. Good luck!

drink plenty of water, eat fruit, pull back from the beef(hamburgers) and exercise. Definitely do not eat after 10 pm. Also never eat and then lay down...

Well Breanna, first what are you eating and how much? Could it be your health or does it run in your familly? Are you stressed? These are things you must know before you ask to lose WEIGHT! ( thats the correct spelling)

Eat only fruits and veggies (no oil, butter, sugar, etc), drink lots of water and exercise 30 min a day.
I did "Carbohydrate Addicts" and lost 40lbs in one month.
