Ok, here's the deal. I am currently dating this girl. We have been dating for about 2 weeks. The problem is that I never get to see her. I work two jobs Monday-Friday and she is always out of town for softball on the weekends. I am pulling 70 hours a week and I MAYBE get to see her one night a week for MAYBE an hour or two. I have been friend with her for about 6 months. This weekend I was hanging out with a group of friends and there was another girl that I have had my eyes on for a couple months now. She's never really talked to me more than light chit-chat. Well, she has a boyfriend of 9 months but just recently they have been fighting and she thinks they will break up soon. We ended up staying awake just talking. We exchanged some kino, but nothing considered cheating. After we finished our bottle we went to bed separately. She has been texting me and calling me "babe" and flirting in general. Our schedules don't collide, and I have a thing for her. What should I do?

Her boyfriend also happens to be a drinking buddy, but nothing too much more than that.

I think first of all you should wait until she officially breaks up with her boyfriend. Because you're always going to be second best whether you think so or not, and if she's doing this behind her boyfriend's back then, she could do the same thing to you. You should also be honest with your girlfriend and tell her that you think you two should see other people, because you're just going to make matters worse if you continue this "non-sexual" relationship. If you both like each other, you'll both do the right or moral thing

Are you interested in something long term with the girl you are with now? If so, then I would say you should be patient. If you're not, then I would advise you to move on, especially since you have had your eye on this other girl for a while. I will give you this warning though - bouncing from girl to girl is never good. Word gets around and your relationship reputation could be damaged, causing you to end up with nothing.

Dont mess with her untill she is done with her BF! It will only make things difficult and you wont be able to trust her in the long run. Maybe you should wait till after softball season is done?

hmm ouch, tough one. it depends who you like MORE. if the first girl is really great then the schedule prob can be solved and endured, but if shes not that great - then go for the one you can see more often

Idk, Personally, I still find it amazing that people can jump from person to person so easily.
I'd say if you and current g/f can't work break up.
