having sex is like with a hooker. making love is having sex with the person you are in love with. it is a lot more meaningful. sex is meaningless: you don't get anything out of it. making love is something that no one can describe. making love is always pleasureable. sex can be dull most of the time.

It depends a great deal on the mood of the moment and the person you're with. You can't make love to someone you've only just started dating, or to a one-night stand, but you can F*ck someone you're in love with.
Assuming that you're with someone you love, again, it depends on the mood of the moment. Sometimes making love can be the most beautiful, sensual and intense act you and your partner will ever share. Then again, sometimes that's not what you want. Sometimes you just want a good, hard, primal f*ck, where you can be as kinky or as naughty as you like!
As to MY preference... I don't have one. I like both equally. If I'm with someone I love, then making love to him (or her) is a sensual, deep connection that can't be reached any other way. But, in the same token, if I'm with someone I really love and trust implicitly, then I can be as primal and risque as I want to be (while respecting my partners boundaries, obviously), without fear of reproach. I can really let myself go and try new things.
So, I guess my answer, in a nutshell is, it depends on the mood.

i would rather make love any day! but sex can be good, depending on how you or your partner feels. For me makin love is an art, like foreplay. Take your time, but dammit if i want to get off, reg sex will definitly do!
But making love, that gives you the time to appriciate that person you are with and let them know that you are feelin' them mentally as well as sexually.
