i need a program that will record me playing video games or will record what i'm doing on the computer and then beable to save it to a file.
It needs to be downloadable from a site.

You can always record your performance in game and your activities in the pc screen with the program FastCap at http://www.ejoystudio.com FastCap is specially for recording 3D games and can also record other videos. You can record your games in full screen and in any other fram sizes! As the program supports real time compress the video, you can record for a long long time and need not worry about the disk space. I use it to record w.o.w, it is very easy to control. You just need to press the hotkey to do the recording.
