Yah well your computer harddrive is pretty much cooked now. The best chance you have at getting rid of this stuff, is too save all the info, programs etc that you want to keep on disk and then basically format your hardrive and start from scratch--I know exactly what you are going thru because I had the same problems and my solution was to buy a new computer because my other one was a liitle too old and getting it serviced, defraged etc wouldn't have necessarily gave a solution to the problem. Depending on the age of your computer, it might be just easier to buy a new one because these other people that are telling you to try this program and download this one are basically opening you up yet to more potential problems. Just a thought.

by the sounds of it,you have been neglecting the security on your p.c,so lets get your computer back to normal mate
stage 1)lets get rid of the viruses, firstly if you have any anti-virus software on your p.c ,uninstall it,it cant of been doing any good, now go to another computer(a friends with anti-virus and anti-spyware) and download the following programs, these will be the base of the security package i am going to recommend for your computer,i have used them for 3 years and have only had 1 virus and two spyware in all that time
1...http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html#3
2...http://www.safer-networking.org/
3...http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/
4...http://www.zonealarm.com/
5...http://uk.toolbar.yahoo.com/
these are the 5 programs that will clean and then prevent further infection
avast anti-virus is a free anti-virus program and includes 7 real time scanners including a internet explorer sheild to protect you on-line
spybot and adaware are both free anti-spyware programs that clean and block any future spyware(make sure you update these once a week or whenever you scan and immunize spybot everytime you get a update}
zonealarm is a intrusion detection software(firewall)and will monitor any traffic comimg in and out of your p.c,if you have xp service pack 2 you will allready have a firewall,so you will have to disable this to avoid conflicts(windows firewall only scans incoming traffic)
the yahoo toolbar is part of the yahoo homepage(optional),and has a built in pop-up-blocker,however sp2 has one of these but you can run 2 pop-up blockers at once
you can use the yahoo toolbar with another search page and it also contains a anti-spy(but its not recommended as a stand alone scanner)
once you have installed and up-dated all of these programs you should run all of the scanners after setup and then a anti-virus once a week and a spyware scan after the end of every session on the internet(you can use either spybot or adaware but i tend to rely on spybot)
if you use these and keep them up to date you should have no problems in the future
good luck

Ad-aware is pretty good for battering the spyware and AVG's anti-virus still comes with a 30 day free trial so that might sort most of it.

Also try downloading zone alarm - (free firewall) - that should help with preventing it from happening again.

Though the best way to prevent it from happening is to turn off any admin rights to the machine before going online - then nothing gets installed unless you want it to.

Dynomite!

Seriously if you've got a badly infected computer, just format your hard disk(s) and reinstall the OS.

You can never be sure they are all gone, and judging by the quality of most other products on the planet, I'm not going to put my financial/personal information at risk.

Once you reinstall, then make sure you use a well known antivirus. Those people who try to get away with the free stuff are getting exactly what they are paying for.

do a virus search. if it says report now click yes. get a popup blocker and it will stop popups. spyware is tricky to get rid of. leave your computer off for a while and turn it back on. go to start control panel, security center, and make sure your stuff isn't out of date. thats all i know.

Wipe your computer and reset it up again.
The first thing you do is activate your pop up blocker.
Get a free virus checker AVG
Visit www.downloads.com (great site)
When your computer is in order visit www.trendmicro.com and regularly scan your pc free (it is easier to sort a problem when you catch it in the beginning).
Do not open attachments without scanning them for virus's first.

I would just reformat your hard drive or use your recovery CD to start from scratch. Your computer is so far gone that is the easiest and safest thing.
