Yes i am aware that nutra-sweet is a health risk.Also to let you know that in some cases doctors will tell you not to drink stuff that has that in it. If you are high risk for cancer like people in your family have cancer and or if you have had or have cancer.MY good friend had cancer and her doctor told her not to drink anything with nutra-sweet in it.

well excess sugar from regular carbonated drink are not that all good
diabetes, obesity, cavities, kidney failure, liver failure are just some risk associated with too much sugar.
so which poison will you choose
i would just take everything moderately and drink plain old water.
