By that I mean nationalities within one person. For example, my mate's brother is dating a girl who is half Polish, half Peruvian. I once knew a girl who had a German father,a Mexican mother, was born in Rio and brought up in Vienna. That is what I call multiculture. ANY OTHER EXAMPLES?

I'm mostly composed of German-Irish-Scottish-American Indian and various others that make up the melting pot of the United States.
But, I think the most interresting one would have to be anyone who is entirely one nationality without any others in their blood.
You know, like the fabled creature the racists are always deifying and killing for? Yet, somehow, not one of them qualifies as a member of this mythical race when you look into their family history!

Yes, my grandfather was born during slavery. His mother was African, his father Irish[slave owner]. My grand-mother's mother was American Indian, and her father was from the West Indies. My father is Mulatto (African and Caucasian) his father African and his mother was Caucasian. Thus, my blood is a mixture & combination of: Irish,African,West Indian and White. I always check African-American/Black on all forms because my skin color is medium dark brown. You will find African-Blacks in all varieties and shades of color.
