A 25 year old friend of mine is very pretty and single. Some of her other friends met this guy, he's 58 years old and very wealthy, and have set her up with him to date. I believe her motive is only money, nothing else. I don't think she'll ever have a future with this guy (never married, no children). Is she being a prostitute?

I think she is a golddigger, not a prostitute.
What she is doing is unethical, but unless she is arranging to have sex with him for money, its not prostitution.
