If possible, speak with your parents or other relatives for their recollections. If your mom is alive and known to you, she might well know. If not, contact the hospital where you were born and request to see your medical records. If it's not there, I think you're out of luck.

If your parents didn't keep a record - or don't remember - then your birth certificate, and the hospital records are the only reasonable places to look.

I'd say get yours or your momz hospital records. They mark that stuff in your chart. Or, ask your mom or dad.
