It is too early in your development to know how tall you will be when you are done growing. I wouldn't get involved in any outlandish schemes to get taller. You are growing so slow that you may feel you are getting shorter. Bodies grow at different rates. You may see others in a growth spurt that makes it seem like you are getting shorter but getting shorter rarely happens. Your body is just gathering up energy and resources to start it's next spurt.

I hear astronauts grow or get longer while floating in space for long periods. Do you have hours upon end to hang suspended upside down to get taller? That would be silly!

Be patient. Then be satisfied with your height. You are by no means freakishly short at 5' 2'!

You need exercise like playing basketball(Jumping up motions) outdoor. Sun produce Vitamin D to utilize the calcium for growth.
But again you are only 14. you still have a few years to grow.

if you are female, you might have reached your peak, which means adding inches isn't going to happen unless you have some painful medical procedures done. doctors can add inches by breaking your legs, adding bone(inches) letting you heal and breaking your legs again and repeating the process.

Grow. It's genetic. Nothing you can do but eat a good diet and excercise normally.
