Ignore him. He is annoying you to get your attention - when you pay attention to him, he is successful, therefore he continues to annoy you.

Brothers will be brothers. And believe it or not one day you are going to miss him no matter how extremely annoying he is right now. I know that right now he is the most annoying thing in the world, but as hard as it is try to appreciate it, because one day he might be gone...

Don't get annoyed. You are allowing yourself to feel that way when you have control of your emotions. Just stay as far away from him as you can and try not to feel annoyed. Distract yourself so you won't dwell on what a brat he is.

i have a younger brother and I told him he was adopted and he cried himself to sleep when he was 4 , but we are grown ups now and I would not know what to do with out him he still can be annoying but you have to deal with it

enjoy his annoyance or at least pretend to. if he does it for fun ie to irritate u then he will soon see it isn't working. if it comes naturally to him then there is nothing u could do but get used to it.
either way u will learn to enjoy it and we won't have to suffer your questions.
