I think that depends on your definition of the parameters of dating. I think a parent driving them to & from the skating rink & allowing them to "hang out" for a couple of hours in broad day light, then 12 or 13 years old would be appropriate.
At 14 or 15 an appropriate date would be a boy of her age with a parent taking them to & from the movies, bowling, skating , or a similar activity. At 16 to 18 I thing normal dating with a reasonable curfew & meeting of & approving the boy is more appropriate. If you really feel comfortable with the boy she is seeing, you may be more lenient on the curfew.

Probably 14 , but I think if you have a girl 13 or under you may let her date as long as she has a chaperone, it can be a parent or older sibling or relative. I see no harm in a child going on a date for a movie, or video games or whatever as long as there is supervision.

Haha jk. Group dates are a good way to start. I did those when I was 14/15.
I didn't start solo dates until around 16.. then had a super early curfew! 15 or 16 girls can take boys to high school dances.. so that's prob a good age to start.
