It is blood that rushes to your face. the exercise stimulates the heart, pumping out more blood, and some of it will flow to the outer layers of skin, and make it appear reddish in color.
nothing to worry about, its the same as blushing when you get embarrassed. It will subside as soon as your heart rate stabilizes again.

maybe you have a strange running face getting red disease. or, to be more simple, you're out of shape? it's hot outside? most people's faces get red when they run? ever thought about that?

Whenever u run, exercise, have sex (lol), work alot. You body circulates blood throughout the body. The red color in your face is blood. You heart is pumping blood every second in you life.

Well, the blood rushes to the skin to cool down, its more noticeable on the face as the skin is thinner and more sensitive. Its perfectly normal.

You must have fair skin right? It is easier to she the rush of blood to your head when you exercise. My sister has very fair skin and her face turns red when she is hot also.

by which skin flushes red,u must be a fare skin one thats why your face get red- its normal phenomenon for u.
