im meeting up with my ex in a couple of weeks(she ended the relationship by the way- but i still want her!). im quite paranoid about how to behave. do i play it tres cool- or will that tell her im not interested at all anymore? should i be slightly affectionate- or does that scare her off even more.....agh....what to do. should i just go out and kiss her?!

You've asked her out, so, she knows you must still be interested, unless she is completely dense. Perhaps she is interested as well, unless she is just 'being kind', which sucks. Playing it cool would be the best option, but that should be happening naturally during any casual meetings you guys have together, rather than on a 'date' which you have arranged. Funny how disinterest and a seeming ability to live happily without someone can re-ignite a person's passion (something to do with wanting what you think you can't have).
Your best bet is to follow her lead on this. If she's showing obvious signs of interest, sure, be affectionate, but do it casually and don't go overboard for the moment. After all, this is the person who dumped you. Trying to woo her with overt demonstrations of affection will (if she is undecided about you) just put her off even more.
Whatever happens, keep your dignity. She has to prove to you, after all, that she is worth going out with again.

I'm facing the same problem when I'm going to see my ex this month on holiday. I still really like her and am excited about seeing her. I think the best thing to do is to just relax, be yourself and see if she falls for you again, if it happened once theres a good chance it will again! I think a relationship always deserves a second chance and have hope that there's still a place in her heart for you.

Defintely play it cool let her do all the running as you will make a fool of yourself if you try something on and she doesnt respond. But be pleasant understanding and attentive to everything she says you may want to buy her a little gift but do not make out that your are still in love with her as she will run a mile after all this time.

Show no interest in her what so ever and that will get her guessing! This always drives a woman wild. Women want to be wanted and when you show no interest she will back with you before you have time to purse you lips!

if you've asked her out and she has said yes by the sounds of it she might be still interested so try and crack on with her again!! whats the worse that can happen?? she can say no!! but you know what they say.......you dont win the lottery if you dont buy a ticket!!!!

She'll realize what she lost.
unfotunately that means she may not miss you much. But its better than being her tool.
