I didn't get this until after my 2nd child. I lift light weights, do push-ups, and they only get bigger ( not steroid big ) but noticable to me. No, I don't have a a prob w/ overeating, so you guys don't have to tell me to watch what I eat :) I know better.

firstly, if you are working out, and your definition is not showing, then your body is harboring a thin layer of fat that needs some cardio work to help eliminate it. you need to watch what you eat and get 30-60 minutes of cardio to get rid of it. all weight lifting and resistance training does is build muscle. get walking, swimming, cycling, running, and it will start to show.

Try doing the push ups where you put your arms behind u on the couch and your legs are in the floor in front of you.

Do you think you might have body dysmorphic disorder? Maybe your arms aren't really fat to anyone but you....
