not usually.. we check guys out but it doesnt always mean we want something with them.. we're not as perverted as boys you know

If I girl is checking you out she is either flirting with you because she's interested and wants your attention. However, it could also be that she is just playing a game and see if she can get your attention without wanting anything with you.

Not necessarily. Depends on the person. I look/check out people all the time. Sometimes because they look yummy, sometimes because they look weird.
