as a fomer navy seal sniper specialist, when it comes to BUD you better train your butt off. The hardest part depends on your current condition meaning that are you physically fit to work you upper body constantly or you are fit to work your lower body constantly also there is a mental challenge. I suggest you train up hard especially under water training. Its a tough challenge but good luck.

Good for you!! The navy seals is the hardest military training in the world and it is very admirable that you would want to do that. I have been told the hardest part of the training is being wet all the time. If there was a way to train and adapt to that, I would recommend it. Beyond that, you cannot be to prepared physically or mentally. If you think you a training enough, double it. Best of luck to you!!

Run buddy. Run. And I mean run A LOT. You'll be doing a lot of running on the beach which when you run 1 mile on the beach, feels like you've run 5 on land as you can never get your legs fully extended.

Build up your cardio and stamina as you're going to need it and it at all possible, start getting used to cold water because you're going to spend a heck-of-a-lotta time in the Pacific and considering the average temp is about 57 degrees, prepare yourself for being cold on a constant basis.

Remember; the only easy day...was yesterday.

There is a reason this is said in The Teams....because it only gets harder.
