I do 30 min on 65% Target Heart Rate for fat burn on the elliptical. With weights, I do two sets of 15 with light weights. I am currently doing elliptical first and then weights- Is it better to do weights before elliptical? or does the order of exercises not matter?

I completed a personal fitness program at the Y and the trainer told me to do cardio first and then weights.

Better to do weights before cardio-weight training will start your heart rate going and it'll continue into your cardio session

I like to do muscle exercises after I have done cardio. When heart rate is up I feel like its doing more for me and I can do more.
